Speed Training

Speed, speed and more speed! Speed is a skill that can be taught. Athlete’s have mechanical, postural and technical issues that inhibit their speed. At Insane your game we will correct those issues and help you unlock your speed potential.

Agility Training

In sports it is very rare that movement happens only in a straight line. Nor do movements happen at a fixed pace or for a fixed period of time. At Insane Your Game we will improve your agility and quickness to help you start and stop on a dime, and enable you to perform sport specific skills with speed and dexterity.
